オーディオ関連ですとDirectXがインストールされているでしょうか。
HDMIカードはPCで認識できていない模様です。
カードを指す位置に間違いは無いですか？
BIOSメニューのGeneral＞System Information内の搭載Slot上に表示されているか確認してください

I could not respond immediately as I’m currently on my work trip to country area.
Could you set up the equipment in the same way as the training?
Have you got the documents?
If it’s audio related did you install DirectX?
It apparently won’t be able to be recognised with HDMI card on pc.
Isn’t the slot you insert the card wrong?
Please check it if it’s displayed on the installed slot from general of BIOSS menu > System information.
