これらの国のアマゾンアカウントはそれぞれ別個では持っておらず、
1つのアカウントの中で国を切り替えることで運用しています。

使用できるのであれば登録法もこれまでと同じですか？

I don't have each Amazon account for these countries and operate through changing 1 account to appropriate country now. Please look at the attached file.
Can I use the service in this case?
If yes, is registration law same as before?
