The item I purchased arrived here but the item's condition is different.
What you listed was brand new and not opened. The image shown was not opened yet.
However, the item reached me was already opened and there was trace of used. Being opened means that there is a possibility of replaced with fake item.
I ask you to issue a full refund. Please be responsible for the returning shipping cost.
I am not content with it, and if you do not answer me, I will report to eBay that you have faked the condition.
