UPSから得た資料はTIFFファイルですので、そのまま開けると1ページまでしか見られません。
マイクロソフトのウィンドウズフォトビューワー等で開ければすべてのページを見られます。
一応こちらでPDFに変換しました。
そちらを添付にて送付いたします。
よろしくお願いします。

Thank you for your confirmation.
As the document which I obtained from UPS is a TIFF file, you can read only the first page if you open it as it is.
You can read all pages if you open it with Microsoft Windows Photo Viewer etc.
I have converted it into a PDF file.
I attached the PDF file.

Thank you for confirming it.
As the documents given from UPS were TIFF file, If it is opened, we can only read one page.
If it were a Microsoft's Window We for view and so on, we could read all the pages.
We changed it to PDF.
We will send it in a form of attachment.

The document got from UPS is TIFF file, so you may check it only the first page if you open the file as it is.
If you open the file by Windows Photo Viewer of Microsoft, you can see all pages.
I converted them into PDF.
