日本のアマゾンで販売をしているのですが、
○○についてアマゾンから「偽物ではないか？」と疑惑を掛けられ
出品停止措置を受けてしまいました。
アマゾンで再出品するには正規品である証明書が必要みたいです。
そこでなのですが
・以前確認したのですが正規品でよろしかったでしょうか？
・正規品である証明書があればご提出をお願いいたします。
・また、御社はどちらの国にありますか？
今後も販売していきたいのでご協力いただけると助かります。

I sell on Amazon Japan, however, regarding OO Amazon put conspiracy on it as "fake" and we received a restriction to list it.
It seems like a certificate of authentication is required for re-listing it on Amazon.
For doing so, may I confirm with you if:
- the item is authentic although this was confirmed in the past?
- could you provide a certificate if it is authentic?
- in which country are you located?
I would like to continue selling the item in the future, so your cooperation would be appreciated.
