バイヤーが、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” を選択し、“Send Response”を押してもらえば、caseはcloseできる、ということですね。
本当はcancel order をしたかったのに、私が処理を間違ってcaseをopenしたので、バイヤーに不利益がある事態は避けたいです。この処理をすることでバイヤーのaccountに問題が残ることはありますか？

Actually, I would like to cancel the order, but I opened a case by my wrong process. Therefore, I would like to avoid a situation that causes a disadvantage to a buyer.
Is there any case where a problem is remained on the account of the buyer due to this process?
