7/23弊社管理倉庫に入荷したインフィニティ商品の280017・280018に不具合がありましたのでご連絡致します。
添付資料ご確認くださいませ。
尚、こちらの錆の件ですが個体差はありますが280017・280018全てに見受けられます。
※添付資料のモノは特にひどい部類になります。
結論から申しますと、今回は弊社にて1点1点錆びを落として販売できるように致します。
なので不良による相殺などのご請求は致しませんが、
①280017・280018背面ビス

This is to notify a defect found for Infiniti products 280017 and 280018 delivered to our warehouse on July 23.
Please kindly confirm the attached document.
Also, with regard to the rust issue, although there are individual differences, it was confirmed on all of 280017 and 280018.
*Those in the attached document are of the particularly bad ones.
To cut the story short, this time we will try to remove the rust piece by piece and will make them sellable at our end.
Hence no charge shall occur for offsetting the defected items, however,
(1) rear screw of 280017 and 280018
次回以降改善できないようであれば不良とさせて頂き、また相殺対象とさせて頂きたく思います。
今までこのような不具合は見られませんでしたが今回こんなにも錆びてしまった理由がわかればお教えください。
製品の作りと箱寸法の改善によりシワ等はほぼ改善されています。
それだけに今回のビスの錆は残念でした。
次回入荷にも280018をオーダーしておりますので早急に改善を宜しくお願い致します。
②背面のビスが錆びだらけでした。必ず錆びてないモノを使用し錆止めを施してください。
If it is not seemed to be able to be improved after the next time and also I would like to offset for it.
Such trouble was not seemed so far, but please let me know if you understand the reason that has got rusty so much this time.
The wrinkles are almost improved by the making of of the product and the improvement of box dimensions.
The rust of this screw was all the more disappointing.
Since I order 280018 from the arrival on the next time, please be improved immediately.
②A back screw was full of rust. Please use it which is not rusted at all and give rust prevention for it.
