FedEx in Japan contacted me and told me that a box with 72 bottles inside among 72 boxes you shipped was lost in USA during transport. I received only 5 boxes with 72 bottles per box and a box with 7 bottles for replacement. Could you please ship a box with 72 bottles as a replacement for a missing box ASAP?
