不良内容は添付書類をご確認ください。
こちら次回相殺にてご対応頂けましたら幸いです。
また現時点で全ての商品を検品できているわけではございませんので、
今後同じような物が出てしまう可能性はございます。
その際は再度ご連絡差し上げますので都度ご対応宜しくお願い致します。
次回以降同じ事の無いよう生産工場にもお伝えいただけますと幸いです。

Regarding the title, we would like to inform you that we have found defects on the item 290002 from sonu.
Please check the attached documents for the detail of the defects.
We would appreciate if you could manage this case by getting us extra items next time.
Also, since we hasn’t completed the inspection for all the items at this point yet so that we could find another defective items among them in the future as well.
We will let you know again when we find another defect as well so we will appreciate your response to it.
We would be thankful if you could tell the production that this will no longer happen from next time.
