手づくりの伝統手法にこだわる一ノ藏は、年間の出荷数量はおよそ160万本（1.8L瓶換算）しかつくっていない。生産設備の強化する一方で、現在も変わらず主に42名の杜氏が中心となって酒造りを行っており、彼らは一滴一滴を自分たちで把握できる範囲にとどめなければならないと考えているからである。この酒を味見した人は誰もが感嘆の声を上げる。
Ichi-no-kura which is strict about traditional techniques for handmade products, Makes and ships only around 1.6 million bottles in a year (1.8liter bottles). On one hand they reinforce production facilities, on the other hand they make wine unchanged until now, centering mainly on 42 chief brewers.
