xxさんのサインを得られるまで1週間くらいかかる。ただし事態は緊急なので、その書類を待たずに動いて欲しい。サインの日付はメールの日付にしておきます。
Currently we are in the process of an internal approval request so there might be some rewording of the documents.
It will take about one week to get a signature from Mr./Ms. xx however, since this is an urgent matter, I would like you to implement right away not waiting for the documents to be done. I will fill in the date for the signature the same date as the email’s.
