洗浄の納期短縮についてですが、45日というのは貴社から製品を弊社に発送いただいた日から、弊社で洗浄した製品を貴社が受領するまでの日数ということでしょうか？
製品の移動だけで、通関等もありますし、2週間は要するかと思います。そうなると約1ヶ月で製品の分解、洗浄、組立、検査を行わなければならないので、物理的に物理的に実現はむずかしい状況です。（将来的にも）
エレメントのみの洗浄であれば、もしかしたら可能かもしれませんが、いずれにしても達成は難しい状況かと思います。
