Paypalへ確認致しましたが、返金処理は完了しておりました。
支払いがクレジットカードだった為、情報の反映に3週間程度は時間がかかる可能性があるようです。
すぐに返金を確認したい場合は、お客様よりPaypalサポートセンターへお問い合わせください。
その際に、お支払いに利用したクレジットカード番号を伝えれば返金の確認ができるようです。

As I checked with PayPay, the refund process was completed.
The payment was done using a credit card, so looks like it may take about 3 weeks to reflect.
If you like to confirm it right away, please contact PayPal directly.
When you do it, please provide your credit card number you used for the payment so that they will check the refund process smoother.
