Paypalへ確認致しましたが、返金処理は完了しておりました。
支払いがクレジットカードだった為、情報の反映に3週間程度は時間がかかる可能性があるようです。
すぐに返金を確認したい場合は、お客様よりPaypalサポートセンターへお問い合わせください。
その際に、お支払いに利用したクレジットカード番号を伝えれば返金の確認ができるようです。
