私のお客様からリージョンフリープレーヤーでリージョンBのブルーレイが再生できないと連絡がありました。
お客様から商品を受け取り、私が試したところ同じく再生できませんでした。
私が持っている他の同機種で試したのですが、同様にリージョンBが再生できませんでした。
添付されているマニュアルのとおりにやっているつもりですが、何か再生するコツなどはありますでしょうか。
アドバイスいただけますと幸いです。

One of my customers contacted me and said that he couldn't play a region B Blu-ray disc on a region free player.
I got the disc from him and tried to play it but couldn't.
I also tried to play it on another same model but couldn't play it either.
I followed the enclosed manual.
Can you please tell me how to play it?
