当商品は日本から航空便で米国へ輸送しているのですが、その際の気圧変動の影響により
インクが漏れてしまうケースがございます。
もしお手元に届いた商品でインクが漏れていた場合は、お知らせください。
無料でカートリッジのみ新品と交換させて頂きます。
