ですので、12月はBで試作を行っていただくのはいかがでしょうか。BでもCよりは効果があると思いますし、2種類試すことは悪いことではないと考えます。
いずれにしてもAは在庫がなく、12月出荷は不可能なので、何とかこの案でお願いしたいです。
