製品のロットは写真刻印から、○○と判明しました。
その製造履歴を確認したところ、問題はございませんでした。
Aにフェルトガスケットを付けているということは、不良が起きたのは開梱時ではないと思いますが、開梱時の製品写真はありませんか？（ガスケット無しの状態での写真 等）
また、梱包状態の写真はございませんか。（段ボールの潰れや、袋が破けている 等が無かったかを確認したいです。）
※梱包状態は１ヶ１ヶ袋に入れて段ボール（内箱）に入れた後、更に内箱4箱を外箱1箱に梱包しています。

(Such as photos without gasket)
Also, do you have photos of at the instant of opening the package? (I would like to check if there is no damage of cardboard or break of the bag and so on.)
※ The state of packing is that after putting in a bag one by one and into the cardboard box (inner box), moreover, the outer box contained with inner 4 boxes.
