・Aの不良はロット全て不良だったのでしょうか？それとも全数でしょうか？
・Aを使用前に不良がわかったとのことですが、写真を見ると、Aに接着剤を付けた後が見えます。（Aの縁の白い部分です。）実際は使用する際、又は使用後に不良が出ていませんか？
・ロット№～は去年の11月に製造されたものになりますので、Aを長期保管されていないというお話からも外れているかと思います。
・Aの納期短縮については、全数は厳しいので、最低必要数量を教えて下さい。

・You said that you found the defect before using A, but I see in the photograph a trace of the adhesive put (the white part of the edge of A.) Actually, didn't the defect appear during or after using it?
・Because the lot No. .. was produced in November last year, I don't think it fit with your remark that you don't keep it a long time.
・Because it is hard to shorter the delivery time for all the quantity, please tell the minimum necessary amount.
