今日、郵便局から連絡がありました。
商品が届かなかったのは破損したからではなく、必要な書面を紛失した為にお届けできなかったようです。
明日、私のところに送ったEMX-1が戻ってきます。
もう一度、商品を検品し異常がなければ明日発送致します。
発送後、すぐに連絡致しますのでもうしばらくお待ちください。
まだ何も連絡はありません。
追跡番号から何度か確認していますが、荷物はまだイタリアで保管されているようです。

Today, I received a contact from the post office.
The item did not arrive, not because it was broken, but because a required document was lost.
The EMX-1, which I shipped out, will be returned to me tomorrow.
I will check it again and will ship it tomorrow if it is free from any abnormality.
