Entire Agreement
These Terms, the JaBuzz.com Rules and our Privacy Policy are the entire
and exclusive agreement between JaBuzz.com and you regarding the
Services (excluding any services for which you have a separate agreement
with JaBuzz.com that is explicitly in addition or in place of these Terms),
and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between
JaBuzz.com and you regarding the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, the most current version will
always be in the footer of JaBuzz.
If the revision, in our sole discretion,
is material we will notify you via an @JaBuzz.com e-mail to the email
associated with your account.
総括的同意事項
これらの同意事項、JaBuzz.comの規則、そしてプライバシーポリシーは、サービスに関して（ただし明らかにこれらの同意事項に追加または代替されるJaBuzz.comとの個別の契約によって提供されているサービスは除く）JaBuzz.comとあなたとの間の総括的かつ独占的な契約であり、JaBuzz.comとあなたとの間に過去に結ばれた契約に取って代わる。
当方は時々これらの同意事項を改訂するかもしれないが、最新版は常にJaBuzz.comのフッター部分よりアクセス可能である。
当方の単独の裁量内で、もし改訂が不可欠となった場合は、@JaBuzz.comのメールアドレスから、あなたのアカウントに登録されたメールアドレスへ告知する。
