X社から下記クレームを受け取りました。
エアー配管にプラスチックチューブを使用することは前もって指示があったのか？マニュアルにその記載はあるのか？
プラスチックチューブを準備していないので、作業が止まって非常に困っています。
プラスチックチューブや継手を支給できないのであれば、どのようなプラスチックチューブをどれだけ準備すれば良いのかちゃんと指示してください。
I received the below claim from X company.
Was there an advanced instruction to use plastic tubes for the air pipes? Was this stated in the manual?
We did not prepare plastic tubes so work had to be stopped and we are in serious trouble.
If we cannot be supplied with plastic tubes and couplers, please tell us exactly which sort of plastic tubing should we prepare.
