1)S社は量産ベンダーです。弊社のDキャラビジネスにおけるT社と同じ位置付けになります。
2)当該商取引においてS社は製品量産で利益を得ます。
3)TI社とS社の間に基本取引契約の締結が新規で必要になります。
4)生産管理業務等はTH社とS社が連絡を取り合い直接各種業務のやり取りをします。
5)海外販売における製品の対象年齢や安全基準は新たに定義づけをする必要あります。
6)当該製品のロイヤルティ支払はTI社からTP社に支払。
※商品化する場合は必要に応じ直接S社と連絡を取る事可能です。
1) S company is the mass production vendor. T company, which is our company's D character business, is in the same location.
2) S company, which is doing the said transaction, has the advantage of mass-produced products.
3) There needs to be a new standard transaction contract concluded between TI company and S company.
4) For things like product management operations, TH company and S company respond to communications and directly give and take all kinds of procedures.
5) The age and the safety standards of the target products for selling overseas need a new fixed definition.
6) The payment of royalties for the said products are paid from TI company to TP company.
