その場合は、手動での時刻合わせをお願いしています。
商品の返品は、商品到着後30日以内であれば可能でしたが、既に30日を過ぎておりますので、残念ながら返品もお受けできません。

I have checked if the radio clock can receive transmissions in Japan and have sent it, though there are cases that it won't be able to receive electromagnetic waves depending on the region and geography.
For such a case please adjust the time manually.
Product returns was possible within 30 days after receiving the product but 30 days have already passed so regrettably we cannot accept returns.
I apologize for the inconvenience to you but that is the limit of what we can offer.
