NECの山田様から私に連絡があり、SAPのERPについて詳しい説明をして欲しいとのことでした。その会議には、鈴木さんも同席するとのことです。
二人は１２月８日に開催されたセミナーに出席し、山田様はトムにもご紹介した人です。
山田様は、１月上旬に海外出張があることから、１月８日（月）の週に会議を希望しています。
私と佐藤さんで説明をしたいと思いますが、その週の貴方のご都合の良い日時をご連絡ください。

Mr. Tamara from NEC contacted me and he would like us to explain about SAP's ERP in details.
Mr. Suzuki will attend the meeting as well. They attended the seminar which was held on December 8th, and Mr. Tamada is the one who I introduced to Tom.
Mr. Yamada would like to hold a meeting on January 8th (Mon) since he has a buisiness trip to overseas the beginning of January.
I and Sato would llike to give an explanation, so please let us know your available day in that week.
Also, I think this action would help greatly NEC to expand worldwide.
