Inferior condition report and request to offset.
I am obliged to you. It's late but I ask for you to verify the inferior condition report of 2 Infinity products.
Also, these products have a lot of inferiority. I request that next time the poor products be offset so please make sure of it.

お客様よりクレームも多く、今回の昇降タイプのスツールは正直作りが悪いです。
メインになる商品ですので、クオリティを上げて頂くようお願い致します。
仕様書も追加項目を増やして後ほどお送りいたしますのでしっかりと共有してください。

I have many claims from customers and to be honest this hoisting type stool has bad workmanship.
Please make it better quality as this is the main product.
I will add some more closures on specifications and send it later so please share that.
About the set off I will reply to you once I confirm with Infiniti company.
