再度、日本郵便の親しい職員に問い合わせをしました。日本郵便の一般の職員では、通常調べられないところまで、担当部署の人に頼みこんで調べてもらっています。
結果は以下の通りです。
外国宛の荷物は、数個まとめて、一つの袋に入れて航空便で送られます。各袋ごと、入っている荷物の追跡番号が登録されます。あなたの商品が入った袋の番号を調べたところ、もう確実に届いているそうです。
しかし、袋を開封するまでは、カナダに着いたと認識されません。

The results are as follows.
Multiple packages destined for foreign countries are sent in one bulk by air mail. Each bag is registered a tracking number. They checked the tracking number of the bag containing your item, and it seems that it has reached surely.
However, it can not be recognized as it have reached Canada until the bag is opened.
