しかし、金融機関以外の日本企業は、12月28日（水）が今年の最終の営業日です。
翌日からは、年末年始の休暇に入ります。
また、12月23日（金）は日本の祝日ですので、12月19日（月）から12月28日（水）までに、営業日は7日しかありません。
内容次第だとは思いますが、かなり厳しい状況だと思います。
また、ＮＥＣがその内容に納得して、サインするかは難しいと思います。
ＮＥＣとＳＡＰが、共に、その内容に賛成することが必要です。
