キャンセルに応じてもらえればペイパルに返金されます。
返品送料は２０ドルでお願いしていましたが
お客さんが 商品と申告された為 関税が掛かりましたので
送料負担分から 相殺させて頂きます。
関税は１７００円 大体１７ドルです。
キャンセル確認後３ドルペイパルに振り込みます

If you request a cancellation, the amount will be returned to Paypal.
We asked you to return the item for the shipping cost $20.
However, since you had declared it as a merchandise, we had to pay the custom duty.
Therefore, we will deduct this amount from the return shipping cost that we are supposed to bear.
The custom duty that we paid was 1,700yen, about $17.
After confirming your cancellation, we will pay $3 to your Paypal account.
