今朝、トムからのメールを受け取った時点で、私は、直ちに、11/8、午前９時からの会議の予定について、ＮＥＣに確認をしています。現在、その回答を待っています。
なお、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏から、トムと11/8の午前にお会いしたいということは、以前から聞いていました。しかし、その後、その同じ時間帯に山田氏は別の重要な会議ができたので、その調整を図るため、11/8日のトムの詳しい予定を教えてほしいと要望して来たのだと思います。
何れにしろ、会議の時間と参加者が分かり次第、ご報告します。
Right after receiving the email from Tom this morning, I emailed to NEC to confirm the meeting schedule at 9:00 a.m. on 11/8. I'm waiting for a reply from them.
Mr. Yamada of NEC originally wanted to meet with Tom in the morning of 11/8. However, he later had an important meeting that he cannot miss, so I assume he asked about Tom's availability on that day to rearrange it.
Anyway, I'll let you know the details once the time and attendees are confirmed from them.
