開封したところケースの中でコインカプセルにコインが飛び出してしまい僅かな傷が付いてました。NGC鑑定に出したいと思っていますが、僅かな傷が付くと鑑定ランクが下がりますので受け入れすることが出来ません。申し訳ないですが、コインに傷が付いた理由で返品させて頂きたいと思います。PeyPalで支払った全額と返送料＄26.00ＵＳＤを返金頂けますか？よろしくお願いします。
The item arrived safe and sound.
When I opened it, I discovered that the coin had got into the coin capsule and there was a minor scratch. I am thinking about putting it under the NGC evaluation, but I am afraid I cannot receive it as the rank of evaluation would be low even with minor scratches. I am sorry but I would like to return it because of the scratches on the coin. Could you refund me the total and 26 USD for shipment charges I paid via PayPal? Thank you very much.
