ライトがお客さんから苦情を言われて返品されました。
LEDライトが薄暗いオレンジ色で、サンプルでもらった明るい白いライトではありませんでした。
これは古いロットですよね?最近のロットは改善されているのでしょうか?
輸送時に箱が潰れたものが7つありましたが、全部中身を開けて確認すると、すべて薄暗いオレンジ色のLEDでした。
このままでしたら、アマゾンで継続して販売出来ず、両社にとっても良くないです。
なにかしらご対応おねがいできませんでしょうか。もし返品の必要があれば、すぐに送ります。

The light which you complained about has been returned.
The LED light is a dim orange colour, and there were no bright white lights received in the sample.
Is this an old lot? Can the the newer lots be improved?
There were seven things broken in the box while it was being posted, but I checked all the contents when I opened it, and they were all dim orange LED lights.
If this is the way it is, I can't continue selling on Amazon, as it's no good for either company.
Could you deal with this somehow? If an item needs returning, I'll send it right away.
