日本側でダメージレポートを提出済になっております。
Japan Postからの回答はアメリカ側でのダメージレポートが提出されていない状況です。
ダメージレポートは待っていても届くものではございません。
お手数ですがお近くのUSPSに行ってダメージレポートの申請書類に記入の上、提出お願いします。

As to the current progress, from the Japan side a damage report has been submitted.
The Japan Post says a damage report has not been submitted from the American side.
A damage report will never be delivered while you are waiting.
Please take a moment to go to your nearest USPS to fill out a damage report and file it.

Regarding the progress status, we have already submitted the damage report in Japan side.
According to the reply from Japan Post, the damage report in US side has not been submitted yet.
The damage report does to arrive at you by just crossing your finger and waiting for it.
I am sorry for bothering you, but can you please visit your nearest USPS, fill in the application form of the damage report and submit it.
