6月26日に購入したマシンですがバキューム機能がついたヘッドが動作しなくなりました。
使ってまだ3回目です。使用時間も15分程度なのでマニュアル通りの使い方だと思います。

ヘッドの保証は3カ月と聞いているのでヘッドの交換をお願いします。
故障したヘッドを送る必要があれば送り先住所を教えてください。
こんなに早く動作しなくなるものでしょうか？

Regarding the machine I bought on June 26th, head with vacuum function no longer works.
I only used it for the third time. I used it for about 15 minutes each time, so I think I was following the instruction on manual. You can see on video on the following URL that it's not working.
I heard that guarantee period for head is 3 months, so please kindly exchange the head.
If I have to send the failed head, please let me know where to send it.
Can it stop working so fast?
