荷物が届き商品を確認したところ写真とはかなりサイズが違うものが入っています、
アームの長さは短いし、取付ベースのアームの長さも全く違います。
ソケットサイズがE27と記載されているがE14になっている。
お客様の注文分です。至急正しい商品をEMSにて発送して下さい。
当方に届いた間違っている商品はどうすればいいですか？

The parcel arrived and I checked the item, the size of the item is very different from the photo.
Length of arm is short, and length of arm for attaching bass is totally different.
Socket size is described as E27, but it is E14.
This order is for my customer. Please urgently send correct item by EMS.
What should I do with the wrong item I received?
