I have bought a set with 2 ozobot, and I only now doing some testing I found out that I can't program them, since they are version 1.0, while the programmable one is ozobot bit (ozobot 2.0)!
I went back to see the page where I ordered and I could not find anywhere the description of the type of ozobot you were offering.
I find the lack of indication of the ozobot type a serious damage to buyers, who will most probably not notice this and find they have purchased a 1.0 version instead of the latest expected version 2.0.
I would like to know what you have to say about this "incident" before taking further measures...
オゾボットが2体ついてくるセットを購入し、今テストをしていますが、プログラムができません。私が買ったものはバージョン1.0で、2.0がプログラム可能なバージョンだからです。
注文をしたページに戻って見てみましたが、提供頂いたオゾボットのタイプについての記載を見つけることができませんでした。
オゾボットのタイプについての説明がないことは、気づかずに最新バージョンの2.0の代わりに1.0を買ってしまう購入者に深刻な弊害を与えると思います。
次の措置をとるまえに、この問題についてどうお考えかお聞かせ頂きたく思います。
