今週中にでも注文させてもらいますが、顧客は八月の上旬までにほしいと言っています。
また、あまりに納期が長い場合は注文しないとも言っています。
必要な書類の処理などにかかる時間も含めたできるだけ正確な納期を教えてほしいです。

I will make the order hopefully this week, and the client says that he wants it by early August at the latest.
The client also says that he won't order if the delivery is expected to take too long.
