返金についてですが、商品を返送して頂きましたら、代金の返金をさせて頂きます。
返送の代金はこちらで負担しますので、金額を教えて頂けますでしょうか？
もし、そのまま使用していただけるのでしたら代金の半額を返金させて頂きますが如何でしょうか？
