I am again herein sending the photo and receipt. I can't believe your way of doing business. It's apparently the damage during shipment, and yet you never have a will to tender. Please do tell the Americal DHLto compensate. I asked Japan DHL to tell the American DHL that the damage damage was due to transportation.
