商品を受領しましたら商品及び付属品の状態を確認いたします。
返品商品については、お客様が箱等を開封し、テスト的に使用した場合であっても、新品として再度販売可能と判断される場合は全額返金しております。
しかしながら、付属品が欠如していたり、商品自体に擦れや傷がある場合については、その状況に応じて返金額を減額する場合があります。
なお、返金額が決定しましたら、その理由を付してご連絡いたします。
商品の検品は3～5日ほど時間を要しますのでご承知おきください。

I will check the condition of the product and its accessories once I receive them.
I will give you a full refund only when I determine that they are still in good condition for sales even if you opened it and used it to test it.
However, if some of the accessories are missing or the product itself has some damage, the amount of the refund may be reduced depending on their conditions.
When the amount of the refund is determined, I will let you know with a reason.
Please understand that 3 o 5 days will be needed to check the product.
