近々、インターネット回線の契約先を変更するため、自宅のIPアドレスが変わる可能性が出てきました。
この場合、IPアドレスの変更に伴って何か申請が必要になりますか？
現在の自宅のIPアドレスはxxx.xxx.xxx.xxxです。

I have a question as I have heard the following caution: "Your account would be suspended if you get access to the website from any PC other than where you registered your user ID."
It is likely that my IP address will be a new one as I intend to have a contract with a new provider in the near future.
Do I need to apply for some documents in regard to the change of my IP address?
My current IP address of the PC I use at home is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
