こんにちは。ebayは勘違いしているのかもしれません。アメリカのセラー以外は、返送料のラベルを発行できないのです。そういった仕組みがないようです。これはebayのジャパンカスタマーにも確認しましたので正しい情報だと思います。私は日本のセラーなので返送ラベルを作れません。
ですのでpaypalから返送料を先にあなたに送金します。
返送料がいくらかかるかをお知らせください。その金額にpaypal手数料を加算して送金します。
お手数ですが、私の住所を記載して返送いただけませんでしょうか？
Hello. ebay must be making a mistake. Return labels vannot be issued except for those to American sellers.
There would be no such system. I am sure this information is correct as I have contacted the Japan Customer Center of ebay.
As I am a Japanese seller, I cannot get the return label issued.
So I will remit you the return postage via PayPal at first.
Please notify me of how much money costs for the return postage.
I will remit the total of the fee and the PayPal commission.
Would you write my address on the label and return it to me?
