私は商品を試してみた。
最初電源をオンにした時、いろんな色がまざりぼやけていました。
一度電源をオフにし、再度オンにすると正常に動作しました。
映像がぼやける場合、再度電源を入れ直してください。
英語の説明書はありません。

赤外線スコープの覗く所から奥に、
1.アジャスター(回してレンズの幅を目の幅にあわせます)
2.電源オンオフ

First of all, when I switched it on, various lights mixed and faded.

Inside the space where you can see the IR (infrared rays) scope are:
1. Adjuster (of the rotating lens to match the eye width)
2. Power switch (On/Off)
3.ディスプレイモード(スイッチを左右に動かすと、順に色が変わります。ノーマル グリーン ブルー レッド)
4.長距離、近距離モード
5.フォーカス(回して焦点をあわせます)
パッケージの写真ではライトが光っているような表現になっていますが、実際には赤外線ライトのため、点灯はしません。

On package photo, it is shown as if light is blinking, but actually is red ray light so it doesn't blink.
