Would it be possible for you to confirm whether or not the packaging of the 3 boxes (216 items) with the above ID number are wet due to a leakage from the items? When the items leak, the packaging will get wet, like it is in the photo attached to this email. There is no need to open the package to check the goods inside. All I'd like to ask is for you to check from outside and confirm whether or not the packaging is wet. If you are able to confirm this, how much is the fee, and how many days will it take?
