緑枠が商品名、個数

I can't understand why the client is reporting such things.
Please check if a delivery notice was attached to the product.
In the red frame, there is the company name and address.
In the yellow frame, the wholesaler name and address.
in the green frame, the number of units.
I am attaching a picture as there is the same product in the FBA that hasn't been delivered yet.
