事業が上手くいく、失敗するなど様々な考え方はありますが、基本的には弊社が金銭的なリスクを背負います。

Upon such contract, we will
- develop franchise package and acquire franchise in Japan
- develop food and goods, expand sales channel and circulation and sell
- join events at department stores etc
etc...
We will procure fund and create such business chances.
Business might go well or fail, you can think various ways, but basically we will be responsible for financial risk.
