Hi, When i originally purchased this game for my nephew for Christmas, I was pretty sure there was indication on selling page and item details, advertising it has english sub...I bought it in the US to gift it to him on Christmas during my travel to Lebanon... When he opened his gift last week, it turned out to be only japanese !!!... what we suppose to do now ? Of course, I would not have purchased a game in japanese to a kid who speaks english... This is ridiculous... Whats your return or refund policy in this ??
こんにちは。もともとこのゲームは甥のクリスマスプレゼント用に購入しました。販売ページと商品詳細に英語字幕ありと書いていたはずです・・・私がレバノン旅行に出ているあいだ甥への贈り物としてアメリカで購入しました・・・先週ギフトを開けた際、日本語のみということがわかりました！！！・・・どうすればいいのですか？英語を話すこどもに日本語のゲームを買うことはもちろんありません・・・ばかげています・・・これについての返品返金ポリシーはどうなっていますか？
