当店においては、商品の初期不良の場合、若しくは未使用(試着を除く)であって、付属品をすべて返却できる場合に限り返品を認めております。
大きさや色がお気に召さないという理由での返品も可能です。
ただし、大きさや色などの理由は、お客様都合の返品になりますので、アメリカ(オレゴン州)の返却拠点までの送料(トラックナンバー付き)はお客様負担となりますので、ご注意ください。
なお、商品到着後検品し、商品等に問題がなければ全額返金いたします。

In case of an initial failure of the products or unopened products (except for the trial), we accept the refund as long as all the accessories are returned to us.
You could also return the product if the size or color doesn't match your needs.
However, make sure that the reason for return such as the size or color of the product is regarded as a return due to customer's personal preference, and it will be at your own cost (including tracking service) to return it to the returns department in the USA (Oregon state).
All returned products will be inspected to confirm whether it is the original condition or not, and you will be issued a full refund of your purchase.
