Yes, I'm very sorry, but the Japan Post told me that they couldn't deliver to the address you asked.
As other countries, military postal matters can not be delivered in many cases.
If possible, I would like you to designate the general address such as an ordinary home or a company and ask your friend to send it to your address after it enter Korea.
I can ship it to Korea, but you need to order it again because I have already finished proceed the cancellation.
