We had ordered additives last week, pharmaceutical company has not caught up with production. We are troubled, too. It will reach to the customs by 24th, but since long holiday is coming to Japan as well so earliest arrival at Vietnam would be January 7th. We looked for other shipping company but there is no other freight.
You said you need 7 days to check items, but is it possible to start production of the item on January 14th? As item is running out and we are changing the order to 20ft, so as soon as items for 20ft are finished please send them immediately.
